Refund policy

We accept returns on t-shirts and hoodies. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on hats due to hygiene reasons.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and mail it back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from odors, stains, and pet hair. 

To start a return, contact us at bekindonlineshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the email. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label to use. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
